Activ Pilates Classes
Introducing our Physiotherapy led Pilates classes here at Activ Physiotherapy. Pilates is a form of gentle exercises and stretches aimed at improving your posture, flexibility, mobility and balance.
The benefits of Pilates include...It’s easy on your joints, adaptable to you specifically, helps improves strength and control, improves balance and flexibility, gives you a sense of wellbeing and can help you in daily life.
Pilates helps manage...neck pain, back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis and sports injuries. Our classes are taken by our physiotherapist and Pilates specialist Kerry Lauder. Being physiotherapy-led, it means you get expert guidance, with exercises specifically tailored to you. Our small class sizes give you more closer supervision, maximising the benefit to you from the session.
Classes are priced at £10 each with a 1 hour initial assessment of £20. In this assessment, we will teach you the 5 key elements of each exercise, we will determine your specific needs and adjust the exercises to match your ability ensuring maximum benefit for you.
