Sujay Enjoys Some Mumbai Magic and Mouthwatering Meatballs

I had a fantastic time back home in Mumbai, India. Escaping the grey and cold weather and travelling to a hot and humid climate was quite fulfilling for a few months as I enjoyed quality time with friends and family. Travelling around Mumbai in taxis and Tuk-Tuks has to be on everyone's bucket list. I enjoyed visiting the local beaches and indulging in the local delicacy Vada-Pao. (Deep fried spiced mashed potato dumplings in a gram-flour (chickpea) batter and served inside a bap roll with some peppers and spiced chutney) is a must!

Mumbai, and in fact the whole of India, is a food heaven. I enjoyed a lot of food that I miss quite a lot in the UK. Local seafood, Indian tea and Indo-Chinese were on top of my list every single day.

Also, not doing the dishes for a month was quite good!
